Role of Al-Natihat Construction Contracting Company

Al-Natihat Construction Contracting Company executed the reinforcement and efficiency upgrade works for the targeted elements, organized the execution phases within the existing building, and coordinated field operations with engineering supervision, ensuring the execution of treatments without affecting the safety of surrounding elements or the continuity of subsequent project phases.

Scope of Execution

• Inspecting existing structural elements and identifying work areas.
• Identifying areas of weakness and damage within the approved scope.
• Removing defective parts and treating surfaces.
• Reinforcing columns and beams using approved elements.
• Linking reinforcement elements to the existing structure.
• Treating cracks and joints within the work scope.
• Rehabilitating and enclosing affected areas.
• Executing works in phases under direct engineering supervision.
• Inspection after completion of reinforcement works.

Coordination & QA/QC

The works relied on stage-wise handovers and monitoring the quality of reinforcement elements and their integration with the existing structure, with corrective actions taken before completing subsequent phases.
