Project Overview

Fahd Palace is one of the company's projects in the luxury residential palaces and villas sector. Al-Natihat Construction Contracting Company executed the project on a turnkey basis, within an integrated scope extending from site preparation and excavation works to structural, architectural, MEP works, finishes, landscaping, fitting-out, and furnishing. Final finishes and furnishing works were executed in accordance with the approved interior design plans and the owner's requirements.

Role of Al-Natihat Construction Contracting Company

Al-Natihat managed and executed the project under full executive responsibility, including linking structural, architectural, and MEP works with finishes, landscaping, fitting-out, and furnishing. The company also tracked the project's progression through its various phases to ensure the final outcome aligned with the approved plans and interior design.

Project management included monitoring the integration of works before closing execution phases, controlling the quality of finishes and materials, and verifying that final works aligned with the approved plans and designs.
