Al-Natihat Construction Contracting Company executed the redevelopment and development of Arqah Farm according to an integrated vision combining site development, infrastructure, facilities, and external spaces, in addition to designing and executing a complete residential villa within the project. The project scope extended to combine residential and service buildings, infrastructure, MEP works, and landscaping within a single site.

Al-Natihat developed, managed, and executed a multi-discipline scope within the project, linking buildings, facilities, services, infrastructure, and landscaping works within a single execution system. In the villa scope, the company's role extended from developing project-specific designs to execution, finishing, fitting-out, furnishing, and up to building readiness for use.
