Project Overview

A serviced apartment project with an area of 2,600 m², in which Al-Natihat Construction Contracting Company executed the project through its integrated phases, starting from excavation, foundations, structural framework, and architectural works, through MEP works, up to interior and exterior finishing and final equipping. The works were executed in accordance with the approved plans and technical specifications, taking into account the nature of hotel use and operations.

The company managed and executed the complete sequence of project works, from foundational and structural phases to architectural and MEP works, then finishing and final fitting-out. It also coordinated between different disciplines to minimize conflicts and ensure system compatibility with the requirements of hotel spaces and interior design.
